For over 15 years, Tomáš Filip built and led digital systems — from IT infrastructure to complex DevOps and platform teams.
At Notino, he led the Platform division, shaping one of Europe's largest e-commerce infrastructures.
Later, as Head of Cloud & DevOps Engineering at Tatum, he directed innovation in automation, blockchain, and cloud strategy.
But in 2023, he faced a different kind of system failure — his own.
23kg lost in 9 months
Years of management, late nights, and poor recovery had taken a toll. The scale showed 103 kilograms, and energy was fading. Despite home cooking and exercise, he realized he didn't understand the real system behind his body — metabolism, hormones, and behavior.
He approached it like any engineering problem: measure, analyze, optimize. Under the guidance of a nutrition coach, he lost 23 kg in 9 months, almost without losing muscle mass.
But the most profound shift was mental — he reprogrammed his habits, mindset, and identity.
"I spent years optimizing machines. Then I realized the most complex system I'd ever built was myself."
This transformation opened a new frontier — human behavior. Tomáš began exploring nutrition, neuroscience, and behavioral psychology — from glucose and gut health to cognitive bias and decision design.
What he discovered was unsettling: modern life is engineered to manipulate. Behind every label, scent, flavor, and "healthy" slogan lies a system of behavioral triggers designed to sell, not to serve.
The food, beauty, and supplement industries have mastered the art of influencing instinct and hijacking attention — turning human biology into a business strategy.
In a world driven by profit, health became collateral damage. People aren't lazy — they're outnumbered by algorithms and marketing psychology fine-tuned to exploit human defaults.
That realization became his fuel. Tomáš decided to build a system that would use the same mechanisms of influence and behavioral design — but for good. To turn manipulation into awareness, and confusion into clarity.
Blurrix exists to restore human agency. It decodes what we eat, apply, and consume — and gives people back the power to choose consciously.
It doesn't guilt or shame. It teaches awareness, clarity, and sustainable change — through science, psychology, and technology.
"We're not building another health app. We're building LifeOS — a transparent, science-backed system for conscious living."
Understanding biology shouldn't require a PhD — it should guide your daily choices.
We build systems that make the right choice the easy one — health by habit, not by struggle.
We reveal what others hide — from ingredients to influence — so people can finally see, understand, and trust.
We stand against manipulation and greenwashing — not with anger, but with science, empathy, and design that empowers.
Blurrix is more than an app. It's a movement of awareness.
A rebellion against manipulative industries that profit from confusion.
A toolkit for people who refuse to be data points in someone else's profit algorithm.
"We can't fix the world overnight. But we can start with the system we live in every day — ourselves."
